Water Supply Project
Access to clean water is fundamental to health and community development. We have drilled a water well on our compound and are developing a comprehensive water distribution system to serve our children and the broader community.

We are establishing medical services to provide healthcare to our children and offer affordable medical care to the surrounding community.

Current Needs
To fully operationalize our clinic: medical staff (doctors, nurses, clinical officers), working tools and medical equipment, medicines and supplies, and ongoing operational support.
Construction & Infrastructure Development
Current and planned construction projects include:
- Church Building Completion: Modern worship facility with offices, driveway, and walkway - $105,827 (14,107,830 KES)
- PowerCare Complex: 4-story building for boarding, offices, and vocational classrooms - $326,700 (43,598,537 KES)
- Additional Facilities: Additional story rooms on existing facilities, manager and matron's houses, future school campus, and future hospital facility
Talent Hub Development
We are developing a Talent Hub to identify, nurture, and monetize talents among our youth and community members, creating income opportunities while celebrating God-given abilities.

Every child and youth has God-given talents. Our Talent Hub provides the space, training, and opportunities needed to develop these gifts into life skills and income-generating abilities.
Agricultural Demonstration Site
We are developing nurseries and agricultural demonstration sites that serve multiple purposes: training, environmental conservation, income generation, and food security.
Nursery Programs
- Fruit Trees - Various grafted seedlings including avocado and banana
- Vegetable Seedlings - Supporting kitchen gardens and food security
- Reforestation Trees - Contributing to climate change mitigation
- Community Participation - Engaging locals in environmental conservation
- Jobs and Income - Revenue from seedling sales
- Training Site - Hands-on agricultural education
Livestock Projects
- Dairy Cows - 4 dairy cows for milk production (ongoing)
- Layer Chickens - 200 layers for egg production (30 purchased)
- Meat Chickens - 200 chickens for meat production
- Goat Farming - Milking goats for nutrition and breeding
These projects provide food security for our children, generate income for sustainability, offer training opportunities for widows and farmers, and demonstrate environmental stewardship.
Future Vision
- Land Expansion (Identified): 1 acre adjacent to current facilities for children's playground, demonstration farming, dairy and poultry projects - $120,000 (8,000,000 KES)
- Transportation: 4WD institution vehicle for safe transport of children and staff, program mobility, and emergency response
- Vocational School Expansion: Additional training programs, modern equipment, expanded student capacity, and industry partnerships for job placement
